"We had a three bedroomed house built by E&B Carpentry and Building Contractors that we have been living in for just over a year now. The build was from scratch as the previous bungalow had to be demolished as the state of repair hadfallen below an economical repair. We used an architect to design the house with our intervention and the builder sat in on various meetings prior to the start of the build and gave us guidance wherewe were struggling. The price for the build was agreed and only varied when we changed the original design.The build was carried out in a professional manner with good trades people on time and in a tidy condition, We have just completed the snag list that was only minor again in a timely manner. I would have no hesitation in recommending E&B Carpentry with our experiences in building this house."
